Return Policy
At Peak & Beans, we strive to ensure our customers' satisfaction.
We accept return or exchange requests only when:
- The received product has factory defects.
- The received product does not match the one requested.
- The order was delivered incomplete.
Requests must be made within the first 48 hours after receiving the order.
Due to the nature of food products, returns of opened or consumed products are not accepted.
